Project Details:
This project was a complicated 2 storey basement with an additional swimming pool level. An intricate system of temporary works had to be designed and installed to enable the excavations to be carried out. The existing property was supported on the temporary propping throughout the entire excavation and basement construction. The props were only removed once the new structure had been built up from 2 and a half storeys down to meet the existing structure above.
