Project Details:
Due to the very small site we were building on, we had to approach this basement a little differently to normal. Firstly, we had to support the main wall to the rear façade; temporary works were then installed to support the rear facade and the main steel beam installed. This allowed the basement to be excavated in a safe manner without having to work around the load coming from the wall.
