Project Details:
A complex temporary works scheme was designed on this project to enable us to support the house above whilst constructing a 2 storey basement with swimming pool level below. We installed concrete piles around the perimeter of the property with concrete capping beams linking them together. The house was then propped off these capping beams using a system of needle beams and MEP props.
