This property was situated on a tight road with no front garden, which made access to site challenging. Once the temporary propping was in place, the existing building was demolished by hand, piece-by-piece, with the upmost care and professionalism. We had to ensure the buildings either side of the house were not affected by our works. We carefully toothed out the brickwork on each party wall ready to receive the new front facade brickwork.
