Project Details:
This was a new build project in which the ground floor was partially below ground. Even if a property is partially below ground, it is still advisable to use a Delta Membrane system to ensure you have no issues with water ingress in the future. We installed mesh membrane to the walls in staircase areas where space was tight, this allowed plasterboard to be dot and dabbed straight onto the membrane rather than putting up stud framework in front of it and using up precious space.
